- 45 days or more before travel: booking advance may be adjusted after deducting non-refundable supplier charges.
- 30 to 44 days before travel: cancellation charges may apply as per hotel, airline, visa, cruise, rail and local supplier rules.
- 15 to 29 days before travel: higher cancellation charges may apply and confirmed services may become partly non-refundable.
- 0 to 14 days before travel, no-show, early checkout or unused services: package may be fully non-refundable.
- Flight tickets, visa fees, insurance, special event tickets, peak-season hotel bookings and promotional fares follow supplier cancellation rules.
- Final refund value and timeline are confirmed after written approval from the relevant suppliers.
